As she took the stage for her X-Factor audition, Jillian Jensen not only told her heartbreaking story of the bullying that nearly tore her apart. She proceeded to bring everyone in the house to tears with her emotional performance of Jessie J’s “Who You Are.” She even choked up Simon Cowell a little bit, and shared a nice moment on stage with Demi Lovato.
Jensen blew up on Twitter during the show and in the time since, and was even a worldwide trending topic for a little while. Plenty of fans near the local singer’s hometown of Rochester, Mass., some of which good friends, took to the social network to offer messages of praise for her performance and support for the pain she has fought through and overcome.
Of course Jensen is not alone as bullying has long been a nationwide problem that seems impossible to fix. But these messages are at the very least encouraging and a sign that people, and life, can get better.
Seriously everyone ... I love you all so much .. to everyone that's been through what I've been through .. THAT WAS FOR YOU! #TeamJillian

All in all, the messages implored Jensen to “stay strong,” which echoes one of her tattoos (and Demi Lovato’s documentary), and reminded her how amazingly talented and strong that she showed America she was on Wednesday night.
OMG!! SO MUCH EMOTION AND FEELING INTO THIS PERFORMANCE!!! @ItsJillJensen #xfactor http://t.co/Y9GebVkQ
