British pop star Cher Lloyd writes her own fairy tale in her latest video, With Ur Love. Set in a storybook fantasy world reminiscent of Cinderella or Snow White, the video for the second single off her debut album, Sticks + Stones is darker than you would expect.

“The idea behind the video is to create something that isn’t necessarily so predictable,” Cher tells fans in a newly released behind the scenes video. “This video is being one of those little pushes to get me to try new things.”

Cher rotates through characters and scenes, from a princess in a dark throne room to a maiden sitting by a bright, rainy window.

“One of my favorite set ups from today was definitely me on the throne just because it felt very empowering,” said Cher. “I felt like I was really big, when really, I’m really small.”
