Emmy Nominees on their Way to EGOT Status!
Both Adele and Beyonce are one step closer to becoming EGOT winners (that’s Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony), though Adele is a bit closer. Beyonce is nominated for an Emmy thanks to her Lemonade visual album on HBO, and Adele for her television special from Rockefeller Center. Beyonce and Adele both have Grammys – but Adele also has an Oscar. As for Lady Gaga, her song “Till It Happens To You” is the first song to get Emmys, Oscars and Grammys nominations in the same season. But – Lady Gaga herself wasn’t nominated for the Emmy unfortunately, because she didn’t contribute enough to qualify for it. She had written it with songwriter Diane Warren.

Tara Reid was on a talk show discussing her latest movies, and she said that she was filming a Bollywood movie along with Sharknado – and she said what we were all thinking about her career: “what am I doing anymore, like, what’s happening? Where did my career go from?” HAHA
Katy Perry Releases New Single

Selena Gomez Backs into a Fence
Yikes. Selena Gomez was trying to leave the salon parking lot the other day in a huge pick up truck (I’m confused too) and she accidentally hit the gas a little too hard when she was backing up, and she hit a fence. There wasn’t any damage or anything. I just can’t imagine backing my car up with 100 people watching me so she’s good in my book! (haha, as if my opinion matters!)
Mila Kunis Forgot to Buckle her Daughter in her Seat
Mila Kunis is being really honest about her parenting mistakes – and it’s pretty refreshing. Scary too, but refreshing. Mila revealed that she once was bringing her daughter Wyatt to visit Ashton at work when she was on the highway and realized she didn’t buckle her daughter into her carseat. She was completely fine, and she pulled over to fix it, but she cried about it when she told Ashton – and she later learned that he had done the same thing.
Jennifer Lawrence Influenced a Star Trek Character
This is kind of cool. Jennifer Lawrence was the inspiration for a Star Trek character. As they were writing it, they wanted the character to be like Jennifer Lawrence in Winter’s Bone. And that’s what they kept calling the character, which was too long. So then they just called her JLaw, and that turned into the name Jaylah.
Mick Jagger is a Dad for the 8th Time
Happy news for Mick Jagger. At the age of 72, he and his ballerina girlfriend, who is 29, are expecting their first child together. They’ve been dating since 2014. This will be Jagger’s 8th child.
Steven Tyler’s Country Album Drops Today
Steven Tyler’s first country album came out today – it’s called We’re All Somebody from Somewhere, and it’s pretty good!
