This is so not fair!!! Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas‘ Boston tour date was exactly where you were supposed to be, Joe Jonas. Not in Washington D.C.! But, we guess the Camp Rock reunion internet videos will just have to do. Sigh.
The other day, Joe Jonas opened up to E! Online about his and Demi’s relationship, saying that “she’s family.” “We’ve known Demi for so many years. We’ve performed with her, toured with her. She’s just incredible,” he added. Despite dating back in 2010, Jonas says that he doesn’t think of Demi as an ex. “We’re really good friends. We’ve gone through so much together and we’re really close now.”
One of the things that made them close, was starring in Disney’s 2008 made-for-tv-movie Camp Rock together. And last night, the duo proved that they’re totally proud of their roots! During Demi and Nick Jonas’ Future Now tour stop in Washington, D.C., Joe Jonas surprised the audience by coming on stage and singing the DCOM’s hit “Gotta Find You.” Demi chimed in with the Mitchie Torres original, “This Is Me,” all while Nick Jonas, who also starred in the film, was playing guitar.
Yes, it was just as magical as you’re picturing. How do we know? Lovatics, that’s how. Check out the fan-captured footage of the moment below!
