Meek Mill and The Game Trade Barbs on “Ooouuu” Remixes

The beef shows no signs of cooling.

In the war of words, Meek Mill and The Game are going toe-to-toe. After Game accused Meek of snitching on him to the cops, the two have continued to spar back and forth, each releasing diss track remixes of Young M.A.’s single “Ooouuu.”

Meek’s remix arrived first over the weekend. With help from fellow Philadelphia rappers Beanie Sigel and Omelly, he went after Game. “How dare you play with n—– like us?” Meek threatens on the track. He goes on to call Game a former stripper who’s “barking up the wrong tree.”

Initially, Game responded on Instagram, but he shared his own remix today (September 20), which he renamed “Pest Control.” He draws lines between east and west coast right off the bat by rapping “Welcome to the West.” He also calls out Meek’s illogical threats, including the pretty fantastic line, “Talkin’ you gon’ be in L.A. in three hours/ This a five hour flight/ Put this bum in the shower.”

The beef between the two appears to be escalating with rappers like Drake and others already taking sides. Nipsey Hussle, however, is trying to be a voice of reason, saying that the two should “sit down like men” and talk things out.
