Girl Group G.R.L. Are Shouting Out Little Mix For Copying Their Song ‘Ugly Heart’

Zayn Malik isn’t the only one not jumping for joy over the release of Little Mix‘s new single, “Shout Out to My Ex.” The current members of the girl group G.R.L. aren’t please with the song, either.

A few months before G.R.L. member Simone Battle tragically committed suicide, the group released their second single “Ugly Heart,” which is still their most successful single to date. Since Simone’s passing, the group disbanded and reformed as a trio, and the current members just released their new single, “Kiss Myself.”

After hearing Little Mix’s new single “Shout Out to My Ex,” G.R.L. took to Twitter to shade the girl group for the song’s similarities to “Ugly Heart.”
