Justin Bieber Asks Fans Not to Scream During His Show Because It’s “Just So Obnoxious”

by Alisha Jackson

Have you ever been to a Justin Bieber concert? Everyone screams, like the whole time. Parents of Beliebers have learned to deal with the noise at his concerts, but apparently Bieber himself isn’t so understanding.

Last night, during his show at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena, Justin Bieber lost it on his “obnoxious” fans. After trying to talk over a screaming crowd, the singer interrupted his audience to ask for a favor. “Guys, can you do me a favor?” he asked. “Can you guys just relax for like two seconds? I’m like two feet away from you, I can hear you.”

Raise your hand if like being told to relax. You can actually hear the crowd laughing in response to his question in the fan-shot footage below.

In an attempt to smooth things over, Bieber continued “I appreciate it, I appreciate all the love, it’s amazing, but can you show it in a different way? Screaming is just so obnoxious.”

After telling his “obnoxious” fans to “relax,” Bieber tried to smooth things over again. “I get it,” he offered. “It’s in our blood… When you go to a concert you scream and stuff, but if we could just scream after the songs?” he suggested. “Enjoy the songs, then scream, screaming is awesome. Screaming is fun. Then take a chill pill for a second and just listen to me speak. I don’t feel like I’m being heard some times and it gets a little frustrating.”

After schooling his audience on when and when not to scream, Bieber finally finished his sentiment. “I’ve been on tour for a while now, away from my friends and away from my family… That’s tough sometimes,” he said. “But I adore all you beautiful people who keep me company. Now scream!”
